REGISTRATION INFORMATION, DATES, AND COSTS

Pre-registration for this event is required. 

Registration Dates: 

• Registration opens on June 19th for BAPA members and on June 26th for non-members.
• Registration closes July 8th.

Registration is limited to 12 players. 

Registration Costs: 

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required.

• The cost to register is $5 for BAPA members. 
• The cost to register for non-members is $10. 

Registration costs cover the court rental cost, balls, and processing fees.

Refund Policy:

There are NO REFUNDS, but please cancel (if you need) so others may play and for good round robin rotations.

Waitlist Information:

A waitlist will be maintained in case of cancellations. 

Weather Policy:

Event will not be rescheduled if cancelled for inclement weather. And no refunds will be issued due to cancellation.
